From the Rally ILM Journal
Why Rally ILM?
As I built Salt & Rally, I started to recognize just how much time I was spending networking and meeting with new people out and around town. Coffee meetings, lunches, networking events, community gatherings. And somewhere along the way, I realized I was visiting the same handful of places over and over again.
But I know Wilmington has SO MANY amazing places to discover. And, my personality was yearning to get out and see new things. As I was expanding my network, I realized I also wanted to expand visits to our area businesses. If I am for community, I want to be about MORE of the community.
So I decided to change things up.
Through Rally ILM, I'm making a point to intentionally explore a different local spot whenever I head out for a meeting, and share a little of what I find along the way.
Sometimes it'll be a new restaurant. Sometimes a longtime Wilmington favorite. Other times, a business, a university, a park, or a gathering place I might never have visited otherwise.
I'll share photos, fun facts, and, when they're up for it, introduce you to some of the interesting people I'm meeting along the way.
No fancy agenda. No in-depth social media marketing strategy. Just getting out, making connections, supporting local, and celebrating this community we call home.
Local Places | Fun Discoveries | Good People
Every Rally is a little different. One day it might be a great new lunch spot, the next an oyster roast at UNCW, or a conversation with someone doing something exciting in our community.
The common thread? Discovering more of Wilmington and sharing the people, places, and stories worth celebrating.
Powered by Salt & Rally
Rally ILM is a community initiative created by Salt & Rally, a Wilmington-based consulting business focused on community engagement, strategic partnerships, and signature experiences.
At Salt & Rally, we believe meaningful relationships create opportunities for businesses, organizations, and the communities they serve.
Rally ILM is one small way we're putting that belief into action, one local connection at a time.
